Shocking quality from a restaurant inside the mall‘s food court. The lady told me that the entire restaurant is gluten-free except on Fridays they make fried chicken, which is cooked separately. All of their sauces are handmade without flour and she took out corn starch as well to cut out additives. plantains are fried in a pot with vegetable oil. I had the bar b jerk chicken with a side of coconut rice and cabbage and it was incredibly delicious.
