Island Sushi De Pere

They waitress was so very helpful! She wrote down a list of things I could not have and said that if any of the items were on something I wanted I can just tell them to make it without. I would highly recommend it!

Awesome place to get sushi! Our waitress went through the menu and suggested GF items, even told me to select items that sounded good and the chef would simply modify them to make them GF....Thanks Rebeka (our waitress). We will be back!

Server was very knowledgable and even asked if my gluten allergy was just ingestion or contact too.
