Tonight my son ordered gluten free bun. They gave him a whole wheat bun instead we are up sick all night. His dad ordered the whole wheat bun and they after 2 times telling them I’m celiac they gave the wrong bun to my son. Ughhh this is serious people. So sad

Manager came out after my food arrived to say the item I ordered on the GF menu was not GF due to the sauce. Good thing I hadn’t started eating it yet. We left as I no longer trusted the kitchen to abide by the GF menu appropriately

I made sure that they knew I had celiac and they had to be careful and they dropped wheat into my plate and all they had to say was "sorry". I had a reaction. Terrible place. Manager doesn't know how to properly take care of celiacs.

Their grill are shared. Their French fries' got a dedicated fryer.

I feel yucky now. :(

Had a great lunch with no issues

Nothing fancy but a great burger. Good atmosphere for kids. Dedicated gluten free menu. Dedicated French fryer. They were very responsive and kind to allergy requests.

They have a dedicated gluten free menu, involved a manager at the beginning, and made the kitchen staff aware of my GF needs so they could change gloves. They have a dedicated GF menu which is of decent size, and best of all the French fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer!! Cheddar fries are the best!

Not too many options but they have great fries. Never have had a problem after eating here.

Got a burger & fries, did not react. Food was decent, gf items clearly marked. Server knew what she was talking about.

went a few months ago and forgot to write the review. don’t do it. they swore up and down they took precautions but I still got violently ill. friend who’s asymptomatic was fine but still not safe.

Lots of gluten free options on the menu. Had teh bacon cheese burger and fries which were both fantastic.

Went here on a busy Sunday night. Seated right away and rapid service for the order. Then nothing, took 15 minutes for the drinks to arrive. Food arrived on time, but we had to ask 3 times for drink refills before they arrived. We felt like we were on an island!

Great food and we had a great time otherwise.

Most excellent grilled chicken sandwich(bun ;-) opening time is 11:30am, not 11 as indicated by this site, will keep an eye out for this chain.

Please PLEASE do NOT eat the specialty fries available even if it says GF on the menu. They’re in fact not. The waitress confirmed that they fry the fries in the same fryer they use for all other foods (including gluten). I did get a chicken sandwich on a gluten free bread. It was ok, but was just really disappointed about the fries.
