Review of Issara Thai

As a recently diagnosed Celiac I've been put off by restaurants claiming to be gluten free. This place however was just about the most friendly "normal" restaurant I've been to so far. Our waiter bent over backwards offering to substitute certain ingredients just to make certain dishes gluten free. He was extremely knowledgeable about their food and ingredients. I most definitely will eat here again. My only complaint is that they didn't have gluten free soy sauce but it was ok because I've learned to carry my own in a little "unicorn bottle" for vape juice but it works fantastic for gluten free soy sauce.
