Review of Istanbul Restaurant

The waiter was not knowledgeable about which foods were gluten free. He was unwilling to substitute anything for the pita served with the hummus. I suggested raw vegetables, but he said no. I asked how I was supposed to eat the hummus. He said that was a good question. The lentil soup, Greek salad, and dolmas were delicious.
