I mentioned my need to stay away from gluten and he provided a list of safe items, offered to make a naked version of the burritos, and also listed any items that had gluten ingredients. The food was very, very good and the portion was enormous.

The owner himself made clear that this place is not for people with serious gluten intolerance or celiac's disease. However he was very kind and fully refunded our money when he realized i would get sick from his food.

Delicious! Most of the menu is naturally gluten free but cross contamination is possible on the tortilla warmers. Owner is knowledgeable and very cool. I had the nachos with chicken as-is. It was amazing and I did not have a reaction. Sometimes it gets really busy so if you need super special treatment you might want to try them out during a lull. Definitely worth it!
