Review of Italia pizza and pasta

The past few times we’ve gotten pizza delivered from Italia it’s been cold and not fresh. The toppings seem stale, the cheese seems way too greasy. The gluten free crust is pretty good if you order a larger size pizza but it’s typically over cooked if you order a small. It’s difficult to find gluten free options in Nashville so I feel guilty calling this business out. At the same time, I’ve just been to Chicago and tried gluten free deep dish and was BLOWN away. Not fair! I’m not saying we won’t order from here again, I’m just disappointed.
