The sandwiches were just ok. I thought the bread was very dry and gritty

I ordered the Italian beef sandwich off of the gluten free menu and I informed the staff that I was a celiac. The sandwich itself was mediocre at best and by the time I got home the bloating was so bad I couldn't hardly breathe. However the staff was very kind, and I will say that it's probably next to impossible to not cross contaminate in a pizza place.

Tried pasta for the first time out it was great able to have garlic bread also.

IV's is a great family owned businesses that has been a staple in Carbondale for more then 50 years!! They have a gluten free menu that is actually delicious!! You have to try it all!!!
