They have gluten free pasta, you just have to specifically request it. I would be specific that you have celiacs to the waitress. But the chefs in the back can make it gluten free without cross-contamination. Good food and the nicest restaurant in Klamath falls. Also the sorbet is to die for.

Fantastic and tasty meal. GF pasta, risottos & polenta on the menu. Servers are helpful and gracious. Recommend reservations & ask for a booth. Although they fit us in w/o res.

Server was great, very knowledgeable about GF - told us what we could/couldn’t have and spoke to chef directly. She even made sure there were no croutons in the salad. Gelato was excellent!! Would definitely go again!!
