I have visited the Douglas Lodge restaurant twice. I’ve had no symptoms of gluten exposure. While there is no gluten free menu, the servers have been knowledgeable about what can be made gluten free as well as how to avoid cross-contamination. They have gluten free bread and will prepare their burgers/chicken on a separate cook space if you let the server know. I visited at a quiet time yesterday, and the cook even made up the bacon and carmelized onions separately for my favorite sandwich!
