Great experience. I specified “gluten allergy” and the server immediately told me the gluten free bread and bagel options, and said they can change gloves and use separate utensils. Any grilled items would be wrapped in foil, gluten free items are prepared in a separate space, and when I asked if the lox and cream cheese could come from unopened containers the staff person checked with their manager, then said yes, it would just take a little longer. Ended up waiting maybe 5 minutes? Will happily be returning!

Delicious sandwiches and incredible gluten free chocolate cake! If you order a sandwich gluten free, it comes on Rudies bread and bagel sandwiches on Udis. Be sure to specify it is for an “allergy” so they take extra precautions because otherwise they cross contaminate. Very accommodating and able to order any sandwich off the menu (sub GF of course)!
