I mean WOW. I heard Itoko opened a few weeks ago and was so excited to try, but as always hesitant about going to a new place as a celiac. I asked about gluten free options and our server Alejandro brought over a separate gluten free menu with SO many delicious options. We got the octopus, shishito peppers, wagyu beef rice, shiitake robata, and salmon nigiri. Everything was SO GOOD. He was so great about making sure the kitchen knew I had a gluten allergy, brought over GF soy sauce for me, and even brought over free bubbly for my bday! 10/10 experience will be going back SOON
