One of the 'gluten free' items was served with a side of pappardelle, as they didn't realize egg noodles often contain wheat flour (these did - manager looked at the box). I wouldn't call that fully informed about Celiac. Said they will remove the GF designation in the menu, but that further limits the GF options available on their menu.
