They are great! Pretty much anything on the menu can be ordered gluten free. You can substitute almost anything as well. They have a gluten free fryer and batter. The worst part is they charge $3 a roll in addition to the regular price for gluten free.

They can make every sushi roll gluten free even tempura! They also say they have a separate fryer for gf! Only $2 extra for gluten free. Didn't try fried stuff but had no reaction to the crab salad and raw rolls!

They do everything gluten free! Soy sauce, eel sauce, tempura… and it is all super good. The staff always bring out gluten free soy sauce when we order gluten free.

They say everything on the menu can be made gluten free but that is really just for the sushi rolls. Beef and eel are pre-marinated in sauce that contains gluten. There is gluten free tempura batter but it is fried in a shared fryer and I was told they cannot change the oil.

Aug 2021 Update: I keep seeing people on here say the Orem location has a dedicated fryer. I just ate there this past week and asked about it. They will change the oil if you want to wait but it is not a dedicated fryer at this location. The server was aware of alternate options and what to avoid.
Original Review: FYI, Orem does NOT have a dedicated fryer. As usual with sushi, crab usually has gluten in it (shipped as a roll of crab and used as a binding agent). They offer GF tempura but due to the shared fryer, that really meant it was NOT an option. Not being able to have anything fried took away most of the roll menu as options. They suggested I stick with vegetarian rolls. However with enough questions, they did make me a California roll with lobster instead of crab.
The big takeaway was to beware the fried items even though they have a GF batter.
Those in my group that could eat the gluten containing items loved it. My single item was good.

Been going here for years. Love the GF sushi! Each location is a bit different so check with waiter. There is a dedicated fryer for tempura rolls. I’m very sensitive and have never had a cc reaction. Love!

Seriously THE BEST SUSHI IN UTAH and amazing GF tempura! Been several times and never gotten sick. Even my family who has lived in Pacific NW says it’s amazing sushi. Dedicated fryer and knowledgeable staff.

They make gluten free orders very clear to those working in the kitchen so that they change their gloves and use other gf ingredients.
They can make any sushi roll gluten free!
Food is exceptional, and my husband and I come here together often

THE best sushi I have ever eaten! Every bit of their sushi can be made gluten free, short of two, but all the flavor is kept. Most places make them gluten free but taste terrible. Not here! Highly recommend

The rolls can all be GF even the tempura ones. I asked for the GF soy sauce to dip in, they brought that to me as well. Delicious! My favorites I have tried so far are the Romeo and Juliet, Alaskan, and something with Vampire in the name. Amazing sushi rolls!
Amazing sushi! What’s even more amazing is that they can make any roll gluten free, even the fried ones! They have gluten free soy sauce too! I was so happy when I found this place. We love their happy hour, where a good chunk of their sushi menu is discounted!
