They only have one option on the menu for celiacs (a ramen dish with no egg or sauce). Some menu items say they contain soy but don’t contain wheat, but this means it has soy sauce (aka its mislabeled!!) so be careful! While it was good I don’t know if this is the place to come if you’re strict gluten free.

The waitress was very nice and explained to me that people with celiac should not eat here. She said they would try to take precautions, but it is a very small kitchen, and they are working very quickly.

I asked about gluten free food and they recommended the shio ramen with gluten free noodles. It comes with no egg, but is delicious.

No non-soy sauce vegetarian options. So if you are both GF and Vegan, it’s a no-go
Basic and unsatisfying with a grumpy server.
So exciting to be able to enjoy this amazing spot with friends. They are very knowledgeable about gluten free. Only one menu option available to be safely gluten free using tofu noodles vs rye or wheat noodles. Sadly a bit bland but I’d rather it be bland than have gluten. Again, happy to have been able to at least eat here and enjoy a night with friends

Great ramen. Uses Tofu noodles instead of Rice. Very helpful and accommodating staff. I am gluten intolerant and did not have any reaction. Not a dedicated facility though.
