The man at the checkout counter was very helpful and happy to answer questions. I got the teriyaki chicken and salmon with salt and pepper seasoning instead. It was very good and the serving was plenty!

The red bean soup and the corn soup appear to be gluten free to the best of their knowledge. Always worth it to ask more questions if you can!
