We got the fried green tomatoes, mozzarella sticks, mac & cheese, with extra bacon, and the dessert special was a bread crumble biscuit. Everything was so amazing! Delicious, filling, comfort, food at its finest, we ordered way too much lol.

I hate putting this out there cause I like having the place to myself, but they were recently voted as one of the top 100 restaurants in the country by Yelp. The rave reviews are accurate - everything here is amazing, portions are generous, and the gf menu is extensive. The fryer is dedicated gf. The fried chicken is to die for and please get it with the peach bbq sauce. Almost the whole menu is GF. Fried chicken! Mac and cheese! Mozzarella sticks that are to die for! This is (easily) the best place to eat in the Inland Northwest.

This is the best Gluten Free meal I've had out since I was diagnosed with Celiac. The staff was knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and fast. The meal was delicious, and you'd never know it was gluten free. We had fried green tomatoes, chicken strips, and fries with gravy and garlic from the happy hour menu. They were all wonderful. I can't wait to go back! Thank you for providing safe, delicious food!

What a jewel! Enjoyed a delicious chicken fried steak with gravy and had some mozzarella sticks that were also great. My friend shared some of awesome Mac and cheese. Wish I could visit this more often, but it is far from home. That isnorably a good thing because I gained two pounds lol!

Great food! Went twice on our stay.Had the chicken fried steak and BBQ peach burger both were delicious. My wife had shrimp and grits very creamy cooked perfectly. Hand cut fries are awesome, and mozzarella sticks 😋. And don't skip desert lots of options. Great baked apple cider, probably the best I ever had. Owner even brought us out our food great service.

Lovely restaurant, friendly welcoming staff. This restaurant is terrific and almost everything is gluten free. So many options! Large portions. I had the chicken tenders and they were fabulous. Crispy outside and moist inside. My husband had the spicy crispy chicken sandwich and it is spicy 🌶 We’ll most definitely be back. Oh yeah, the fries are hot, salty and addicting.

Omg, this place and its food are absolutely delicious! 99% of their menu is gluten-free, and the items not automatically gluten-free on their menu can be. The proportions are huge. It’s comfort food that I’ve been waiting for so long but couldn’t have after being diagnosed with celiac. We will be frequent flyers from here on out. So excited to have found a tremendous gluten-free restaurant.

The staff were so friendly and took extra time to answer all my questions and to double check about ingredients. We have gone quite a few times now and everything I had was delicious. My favorite was the BBQ peach burger and their fries and fry sauce were insanely good! Izzy's has easily become our favorite spot in Coeur d'Alene. The only downside is it's a small space and popular so I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time unless you are willing to wait for an extended amount of time.

I haven’t had chicken strips since my celiac disease diagnoses (about 10 years). Izzy’s gluten free chicken strips were so yummy and completely gluten free. The fries and mozzarella sticks were also gluten free and they were amazing!

Wow… what can I say? The food is freakin incredible, the owner is GF as well, and they do have the magic sauce… it’s called gravy. I had the chicken fried steak, and it was outstanding. The food here was absolutely amazing! It was extremely difficult to get into but it was worth the effort! The restaurant is quite small and always full and they usually have a waitlist. This place is amazing for their fried chicken! We started with their fries and gravy and they were amazing. — Excellent

We LOVE Izzy’s! We are from out of state and wish they had one near us. Before flying in, I called Izzy’s and was lucky enough to speak with the owner, Reannan who not only talked to me about the safety precautions taken in her kitchen, but also gave some other suggestions to other local restaurants. We ate their twice. Zero issues and the food was absolutely amazing. We would come back to CDA just for their food!

We visited from out of town and had a great experience! Staff were welcoming and the experience truly fit the name of the restaurant. If we’re ever in CDA again, will definitely come back. The Bourbon Peach Burger was DELICIOUS and extra precautions were taken for gluten and dairy free.
