I didn’t feel safe ordering anything here. The staff was uncertain of options and seemed unconcerned about providing safe options for me.

How much of the menu is available gluten-free?

— Not Much/None

They don't have a dedicated GF menu, but if you're happy with a plain steak grilled, potato/sweet potato, and a veggie, no dessert, that they can do, and do it well. No GF beer available, but they have wine. I had dinner there and didn't get sick so that's a good sign. Based on what everyone else had it's a 4-5 star place, but for GF it's not the most friendly and accommodating.
