Jack-Jack Cookie Num Nums

I had one incredi-cookie during our visit to Disneyland. The taste was delicious! Shortbread cookie with a good, ‘fluffy’ texture and raspberry jam filling. It does sound like this is a ‘gluten-friendly’ cookie because I am unsure if they baked in a dedicated gf facility. However I am very sensitive and had no issues.

This cookie cart is right next to the Incredicoaster and has one GF option individually wrapped - a shortbread cookie with blackberry filling in the center. I was highly impressed with the texture and taste of the cookie, and definitely recommend.

The IncrediCookie is Gluten friendly cause they make it in a facility that produces gluten items. However, I did not have any reaction from this cookie. It was yummy and individually wrapped.
