Menu is marked GF, was able to enjoy a hearty bowl of red beans & rice + chicken thighs. Waitstaff was attentive. Would definitely come back.

About half the menu is gluten free and labeled as such. It isn't a particularly big menu to begin with though. The food is really good! I very much enjoyed my Thai panang curry without getting sick. Probably the best place to go in Folly Beach if you're celiac.

This place is awesome! I am visiting with a friend who isn’t GF and she also really loved it. I had the curry pumpkin coconut soup and absolutely loved it. Our server was awesome and very helpful with allergies (I also have a dairy allergy). Menu was marked for gluten free and vegan options. There gf hard kombucha was amazing. It had a nice ginger flavor and didn’t taste like any other hard kombucha I’ve had.

We live on Folly, and this restaurant is the most gluten intolerant/celiac friendly on island. Great flavor and menu changes seasonally. Small kitchen. Be sure to inform your server of the restrictions.

SO is very gluten intolerant and was assured the short rib is GF. It was delicious and no symptoms whatsoever!! I had the curry pumpkin stew with puri puri chicken which would’ve been GF with the naan on the side. Lesson learned and we’re definitely going back!

I’m vegan and GF and always have delicious meals here. They don’t have a gluten free menu, so you have to billy back and forth with the kitchen via the server but it always works out there are multiple options. Tip - bring your own bun if you want a Beyond Burger or other sandwich.
Yes
I would not recommend anyone gluten free eat here. They had very limited options that were gluten free that were not good. Anything that sounded good was prepared on surfaces that also had flour on them. Not celiac friendly at all.
No
They are very knowledgeable about each dish and can change it to fit you're needs. They change their menu seasonally but there are always several dishes on the menu that are gluten free as well as vegan and vegetarian.
