Very knowledgable staff! Server went through the whole menu with me item by item. As far as I know, they do not have a dedicated fryer but they offer several options that are gluten free or can be modified to be so. The best part was the bisque, they use rice flour so it was gluten free and delicious! It’s definitely pricey but it was a really fun place with a fabulous cocktail list!

Love this restaurant! Our server knew everything on the menu that was gluten free or could be made gluten free. Try the Fried Chicken Parmesan and Squash Blossoms. You will not be disappointed! They usually keep one of the fryers dedicated to being gluten free (I would ask to make sure). We will definitely be back!
