Ordered skirt steak fajitas without tortillas. Shared fryer & shared equipment for corn & flour tortillas. I asked at the end of the meal if next time they could prepare corn tortillas in a skillet instead and they said that would work!

Yummy food. Spoke to the owners before dining and they were very accommodating. Waitstaff added a “gluten allergy” note to each of my items and explained that the kitchen staff have a routine of cleaning all surfaces, changing gloves, etc when they see an allergy warning.

Ceviche tostada is gf as is.

Shared fryer. Ask for corn tortillas (their mixto is a mix of corn and flour). No gf desserts as of 1/29/22
