Jack's Firehouse

Went here for lunch. Not many GF options since most items are fried and sandwiches. I got the Firehouse Field Green Salad which was pretty good. Not sure what accommodations can be made to other menu items since our server wasn’t the most knowledgeable about GF offerings. Not sure I would come back due to the lack of variety, but I did not get sick and enjoyed my experience at the restaurant as a whole.

There was almost nothing on the menu that I could trust to eat and the waitress has no clue what gluten was. We paid for our drinks and went to another restaurant.

No gluten free bread. Servers very knowledgeable about gluten free items including entrees, salads, and 1-2 apps. Food is good! But cross contamination is possible.

The food was pretty bad. Omelette was like 6 eggs and no meat or veggies. Are with a group of 10 people total. Only one enjoyed their meal.

Accommodated a GF steak, onions and spinach. Server was good and made sure. I used my Nima sensor to test food and all was GF.
