Jack's Restaurant and Bar

I had dinner at Jack’s yesterday. I told the waitress I had a “gluten allergy”. The waitress assured me that my food would be prepared separately. There are a lot of gf options on the menu. The gf pasta would be cooked in fresh water, but French fries are also not in a dedicated fryer. They offer gf buns for the hamburgers, though. I ordered the pot roast and got sick.
