My family was stuck in Dallas with a canceled flight and the need for an overnight layover. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency in the DWF airport. Jacob’s Grill is inside the hotel. My toddler age daughter and husband, both Celiac, only had access to potato chips all day. We needed food and were so thankful to stumble on this restaurant. Chef Brandon was beyond helpful alerting his whole staff to make sure my loved ones meals were safe for them to eat. They made gf Mac and Chesse for my daughter and made me feel extremely confident there would be zero cross contamination with my husbands chicken. They both felt great after the meal and the next day. Highly recommend!
