The staff were very helpful with finding gluten-free dishes. The waiter shared his notebook with recommendations for food allergies. My son had the barbecue shrimp minus beer with corn maque choux and coleslaw. Cornbread also seemed safe but worth asking.

Fantastic experience. Ate here with a large group and the server was very careful to show me what was safe or not. He had a separate menu in his notebook for me. Was extremely knowledgeable and made sure the chef knew about cross contamination. He made sure each dish was prepared safely. Had about 10 options to choose from and all were delicious!

While our server didn’t know what was celiac safe, he went to the back to find other staff who did know. I ordered the Cajun Bouillabaisse which was incredible. I wish gluten free bread was an option. I would have soaked up the liquid with it. It was so yummy. No reaction. My sides were mashed sweet potatoes ans collards. The fries are cooked in the same fryer as gluten and are not safe.

Waitstaff was very knowledgeable about gluten free options and there were several available (although no separate gluten-free menu). Got the appetizer mussels as my meal and it was fantastic!
Knowledgeable staff about GF. Lots of options and all sides were GF. I have celiac, was safe and delicious

Holy cow! Eat here. Really. The staff was super knowledgeable.
great food. knowledgeable staff.
A famous restaurant in New Orleans with delicious Cajun food! The servers are all extremely knowledgable about the menu and what is gluten free. This is a perfect place for celiacs visiting the city who want a taste of true New Orleans food!! I was able to get a jambalaya appetizer and a delicious mahi mahi dish with crab. All entrees come with a spinach salad (with a fried oyster on top, but the waiter knew to leave that off mine) and two sides - all of the sides are gluten free. It was such a good meal and I felt completely safe eating there. This place frequently has 2 hour waits on weekends (they only allow reservations for groups of 5 or more), so we got there a little before they open at 5pm and were able to get a table immediately. The whole restaurant was full just 15 minutes later!
