They have gluten free soy sauce in the kitchen, so they can make most main dishes gluten free. The BBQ pork is the only gluten free appetizer, and egg flower is the only gluten free soup. The beef is not gluten free, i think they marinade it in soy sauce. I usually order the Thai Chicken bowl off the lunch menu and have them use the rice noodles for it. I have eaten there about a dozen times since I was diagnosed with Celiacs and have never gotten sick.
