They have a pretty extensive GF menu, seemed to be pretty careful, and the waitress even checked if the Honey Mustard dressing was GF. Got the lettuce wrap burger with an extra patty. Andie is a real character and a fun waitress. No ill effects 6 hours later.

We chose Jakers based on reviews and their online menu, which included GF options. We wanted to use the delivery service, but according the the Jakers employee, that service did not have access to the full menu, so they wouldn’t be able to accommodate a GF order. We decided it was worth calling in an order to Jakers directly and picking up the food ourselves. I called back and was transferred to a “take out specialist”. Since mine was the GF order, I saved it for last. I specifically asked for the GF chicken sandwich. A side salad is listed as a GF option, so I asked the specialist to confirm that, and she “didn’t really know.” I asked her to make sure it didn’t have croutons and thought that would be fine. We picked up our order, which took 20 minutes longer than the 30 they told us. My son got our food and brought it to the hotel. My salad had croutons. My husband took a bite of the bun on my sandwich and thought it was okay. Overall, the food was good but it was a lot of hassle and money to have half the order inedible and to not have confidence in the rest of it. It seems relatively easy to make sure a salad doesn’t have croutons. If that can’t be done then can more complex recipes? I don’t get symptoms so I can’t speak to whether the chicken had gluten.

Had a wonderful experience at Jakers tonight. We ordered the GF halibut and the GF prime rib with the intention of sharing. The GF menu said the prime rib was minus au jus. So when the prime rib came out it was definitely in au jus and I questioned it. The staff really went to work double and triple checking for me to make sure it was safe for me. And offered a new plate if it wasn’t gluten free. Ultimately they researched and found it WAS gluten free and I THOROUGHLY enjoyed it!!!!

My husband has Celiac Disease. We've been here at least six times and it's always been a top- notch experience. The food is great. The gluten free menu has lots to choose from. The biggest thing for us is that every server truly understands what gluten free means and the precautions that need to be taken. Recently, we've had the steaks, salmon, vegetable soup, and calamari.

Couldn't even make it in the door, was coughing from the amount of wheat in the air
This new restaurant in the previous Ruby Tuesday location offers a Gluten Free as well as a Vegetarian menu. The waiter was very friendly and seemed to have a basic knowledge and sensitivity for dealing with food sensitivities -- I have other issues beyond GF. The calamari in garlic and herb wine sauce was delightful and I will definitely have again. The smothered chicken was very tasty and portions were plentiful. This was my first visit, but I will plan to dine here regularly when I am in Pocatello as they have a fairly extensive offering of very tasty sounding options on their GF menu which will allow for much greater variety than other menus/restaurants offering GF that I've located in Pocatello.
Not a good place for GF

I’m posting this review three days later and I still haven’t gotten sick. Yay! I got the salmon, rice, with broccoli. It was delicious. They have an entire gluten free menu.

This place was amazing! Staff was super knowledgeable about my severe allergy and made sure to be super careful when preparing my food! They had a separate GF menu which was so nice! I’m super sensitive and I had no issues!

I got food to go. The burger bun was hard as a rock, cold. Was not toasted at all. Caesar salad even though I requested no croutons due to wheat allergies they still put croutons in it. The dressing was overpowering such simple salad…
