The gluten-free pizza was delicious! They baked it on clean pan, assured me they used a clean knife and cutting board. I asked them to use some fresh sauce in case the pizza sauce was contaminated from being used on gluten crust. I’m not 100% they understand why I asked about the sauce and from a conversation I overheard they might have only used a clean spoon in the sauce.
