Review of Jaleo by José Andrés

They have a well marked menu but be sure to ask questions. We ordered the arroz con leche, which is marked gluten free, however it’s made with Rice Krispies. The server didn’t realize that malt is made from barley and barley is gluten. I’m assuming someone in the kitchen knew to tell her to tell me there was malt, but it’s still incorrect on the menu.
