I ate there once before after being told it was safe by the wait staff and ended up sick. I decided to try again and got answers. I don't know where anyone else has been eating, but when I asked the waiter to ask the cook they advised us they use the same griddle for pancakes that are non gf and even when washed it will still be cross contaminated due to other cooking going on in close proximity. Same thing with bread for french toast and also the same toaster. They do not change gloves and do not mark the food. They let us know nothing on the menu was Celiac safe, but was okay for those with a sensitivity or on a gf diet for fad diet reasons. I didn't end up getting anything besides a water. Everyone else eating normal food enjoyed though!
