The staff was knowledgable about Celiac Disease and put me at ease from the moment we sat to dine. They bring in bread from a local dedicated GF bakery which they served grilled before the meal. Menu is clearly labeled with GF indicators and there were lots of options. I had the chilled lobster with lemon aioli to start and the salmon with mashed potatoes and basil vinaigrette. It was all DELICIOUS! I was too full to order dessert but they had several GF options as well. Amazing dining experience.
