Took great care and caution on making my English Muffin Breakfast using separate pans, changing gloves, serving on parchment paper. Food was delicious too!

Great place! This is a shared facility, so obviously they can't guarantee there won't be any cross-contamination. But they did make every effort to keep it as GF as possible. She prepared my GF sandwiches in a separate pan, changed gloves, used fresh utensils, and made sure to tell her employees to all change gloves for packaging up my food and to not touch anything else while wearing those gloves. She has gluten free bread and wraps, so any sandwich can be made GF. The potato salad and baked beans are also safe. The shop stocks some navy bean flour gluten free baking mixes that you can purchase to try at home, as well.

Very nice place to grab something to eat, staff is very knowledgeable about GF!! Great food!! Has sandwiches and soups, has talked about adding more to her menu if needed. One of the lady's working there is GF! Great choice for lunch.
