Tried for lunch and the staff were very knowledgeable about their gluten-free offerings and had a GF marked menu to view upon arrival. The facility makes their own teriyaki sauce in house made with tamari instead of soy sauce. I tried the chicken yakitori skewers (not that impressed) and the Philadelphia roll which was tasty. Will definitely go back for the sushi and to try a GF bowl option. Did not become ill!
