EDIT: returned for dinner and was told additional information this time. The skin on skin roll listed on the gluten free menu is NOT truly gluten free. The salmon skin is fried in shared oil. The crispy rice with tuna on the appetizer menu is also prepared in shared oil.
Original review: They have a separate gluten free menu which has a good variety of options, mostly rolls. The dessert menu is not marked but they confirmed the sherbet and mochi are gluten free (didn’t ask about others). They have gluten free soy sauce in a bottle. The food is not marked, but they said which item was gluten free when they brought it to the table. It’s mostly the sauces that they omit from the rolls in order to make it gluten free.
