Had a good experience, felt well afterwards. Visiting from Colorado I thought the fish was excellent. Was provided a list of gluten free items on a laminated sheet, which included rolls, with the spicy Diablo(/a?) and the Seattle rolls as standouts. As another review noted there is a crab option/California roll. I also had the miso soup, which was a treat. Tamari provided in its own bottle. Training seems to be in place, because as items were brought to our table, servers noted those that were gluten free. No fried items available.
