They offer Because the owner have close friends and regular customer that have gluten sensitivity to celiac. Plus a lot of Thai food are normally naturally gluten free, what makes it not because most restaurant do not cook it like it originally/traditionally should. If you're in the area and love Thai food just order and say gluten free.
