Celiac friendly?

Yes

Most of the time, they are very careful and Celiac friendly, it really depends on the Manager on duty. Always ask for a Manager to follow your order, and it will be fine.

it really depands on the kitchen staff but a good 85% of the time no issue.

The staff is great. They will take extra precaution for Celiacs. I make sure to speak with them and have gotten to the know the staff.

We ordered of the catering menu for our wedding and got a gluten free sandwich for me. The bread and sandwich was really good the delivery time was perfect and they have a good sized delivery radius at lest for the catering. Driver was very nice, clean, and professional in appearance. Everyone loved the food we got from them. I was more then happy to let everyone know that we choose Jason's Deli!!!

They take precautions to avoid cross contamination and will make your sandwich in a separate area. Just be sure to let them know you have celiac or a gluten allergy. Sandwiches were very good.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
