They always ask if I want gluten free bread for preference or allergy. Super friendly staff. Delicious sandwiches. Love this place!

It all looks good on the menu but all of the food is prepared on shared equipment and staff not knowledgable (at least when I was there) Not good for celiac at all. I didn't even eat.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
