Their menu slightly points out what is “gluten sensitive” but they note there could be cross contamination. I got a salad and a cup of soup that was noted as gluten free. Both tasted good to me and i didn’t have any reactions.
Their gluten free bread is udis which is amazing in itself. But with Jason's deli sandwich meat and spreads it's to die for. I was expecting they would charge me more for the GF bread but the manager who took my order was so kind and didn't. Not sure if it's always like that but I sure hope so. Highly recommend to gluten sensitive customers, heard they have issues with CC so celiacs stay away :(
This chain, including this store, consistently provides an extremely safe environment for eating gluten and dairy free. I feel very confident eating here. Since I don't have many choices, I eat here frequently. Some of the staff members know me -- and almost have my usual order memorized! I am very pleased to recommend Jasons.
Yes
They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
