They used to be really good about cross contamination but there have been 2 times when they brought me regular bread. Once it was in a container with the "gluten free" sticke on it but when I opened it, it was a regular sub bun. I took it back and they said it was not gluten free and then they said it was the third time it had happened that night.

I’ve eaten here several times and have never had problems with cross- contamination from eating their gluten- free bread on my sandwiches. They make a point to change their gloves and package my sandwich separately and not on a plate.
Yes
My absolute favorite place to eat! I've only gotten sick once or twice over the years, but there is always that chance when eating out. And I believe the lady preparing my food was new and didn't understand what gluten free meant.
this is my go to gluten-free restaurant . I've eaten here many times and have never been "glutened". the staff is very nice and knowledgeable about gluten allergy
Yes
They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
