seemed like they tried to make a safe gf sandwich including not toasting or even cutting it but I got sick later:-/

I was at work and not able to get away to have lunch with my wife so I ordered a GF sandwich online and had it delivered to my wife at home. She LOVED it.

They can make any sandwich in GF bread including the Muffeletta which I really liked. Several of their soups are GF- I tried the vegetarian organic vegetable soup. Kinda pricey, but worth it to me. We've been back several times. Very good.

Having a sandwich that is amazing in both taste and texture is quite a treat. I can enjoy a delicious meal here while the non-celiac members of my family can, too. Each trip to this location has been a 2 thumbs up.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
