They have a tasty grainy bread they use for gluten free sandwiches, but the bread falls apart easily. If they used toasted Udi's buns, it might hold together better. Still, I'm very pleased at having the safe options and recommend them!
Not sure why everyone is recommending the local Jason's Deli as okay for celiacs. My husband and I went a few weeks ago, I ordered off the gf menu and made very clear that everyone needed to change their gloves. The cashier stated it wasn't a problem. I watched them make my sandwhich - not a single person changed their gloves, they used the same knife to cut my sandwich as everyone else's, and they didn't change the brown paper they make the sandwiches on either. DEFINITELY NOT CELIAC SAFE.

This place is sensational. It was a delight to discover that it exists. They went so far as to ask, on the phone when I ordered, whether it was for "an allergy" or "a lifestyle choice." I asked them the difference and they said that they took a lot more care if you said it was for an allergy. That is wonderful, as far as I'm concerned. The food was also delicious.

Great place for gluten free food! I told them my daughter had Celiac's when we ordered...they knew what it was and on the printed receipt they had, in bold, GLUTEN SENSITIVE, CHANGE GLOVES. Food was served in it's own disposable containers with lids on. They were very careful about cross contamination. I only wish they had a few more gluten free foods for young kids!
Yes
best place for gluten free. They make all of their employees wash their hand and change gloves and wrap your food so it can't be contaminated by someone elses
They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
