This is NOT a gluten-free facility, if you have celiac disease. They have "gluten sensitive " menu choices. However the staff really strives to make sure you're safe.
get the JD Nuggetz! they also have fresh fruit and gluten friendly salads and soups!

We came in right before closing. The guy behind the counter asked about a gluten allergy and said he would prepare the food separately with new gloves on to avoid cross contamination. Good sandwich. Too soon to tell if I'll react because I just finished it but so far so good.
They have many GF options including bread. They also take precautions such as changing gloves and separate work space for GF food. Our family eats here safely. Three Celiacs...

We went to eat here and looked at the menu and it was "gluten-sensitive" I have celiac and I saw lots of cross-contamination 😢 I don't recommended this to people with celiac 😭

This was my first visit to the Deli. I was amazed that they had an entire menu that was GF. The food was excellent and I had the best chicken salad salad. The prices are below what you would expect to pay for the quality of the food. I am definitely going back soon.

Had a delicious sandwich on Udi's GF bread, and the server who dropped off our food said they use a special purple cutting board for GF orders. Sandwich on the plate was wrapped in paper, and the fruit salad and dip both came in to-go cups with lids. Nice to see such care taken to prevent cross contamination!

Any of the dozens of sandwhiches made on delicious toasted Udi's bread. Great service. Great Deli. I go there at least 2ce a month and always buy a loaf of Udi's bread (cheaper and larger than the loaf purchased in the grocery store or online). LOVE the fresh fruit dip. It's a desert by itself! Free frozen yogurt for all patrons. Delicious (but small-ish) salad bar. Endless sodas & ice teas. YUM!!!

most deli meats can be made on UDI's bread and employee make efforts to prepare on a clean area of prep space. this is my go to place for delicious food on the go.
They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
