Santa fe chicken sandwich on gf bread is very, very good. I also tried the soup, not my favorite but others might enjoy. Good flavor to everything and very clean place

They had a gluten free menu and even gluten free bread. They did the usual "we are not a GF kitchen so there may be cross contamination" spiel but I had a baked potato with no problem. They had several soup options and a good looking salad bar that I did not try. They had a great Udis snickerdoodle cookie( individually wrapped and sealed). It's nice to have somewhere to go in Lake Charles, the GF options are slim in that town!

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
