Second time in a row I have gotten home to find a non-gluten free bread in my order. I called to let them know someone needs to pay battery attention as I have nothing to eat for lunch now. The order take hung up on me. I loved this place but after 2 mistakes like this and zero remorse I cannot trust them.

The girl taking orders did not even know they had a separate menu for gluten-sensitive. I read it on their regular menu and made her find it for me. I ordered the big chef salad. By the time lunch was over my belly was burning. I am very sensitive and took my risks eating here since they don't pretend to be safe for Celiacs... But I've eaten here without any issues many times previously. Once home I had very bad stomach issues and then took a the hour nap. I never nap, but exhaustion is one of my gluten reactions. Very sad. This used to be one of my favorite go-to places.

Yes
They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
