Really good chef's salad, but I got sicker than a dog. I told them Celiac and gluten free, but had a terrible reaction (worst in years) anyway. And really, how do you screw up a salad? Only thing I can think of is the dressing.
You better watch them like a hawk. I called ahead of time to make sure they were prepared to handle gluten “allergy” (since most don’t understand celiac). They explained their procedures and it sounded good so we tried it. As I watched them make my daughter’s sandwich, they changed gloves and put fresh paper down, but then they were going to cut the sandwich with a visibly contaminated knife. I asked, “is that a clean knife?”. He lied straight to my face and said, “yes”. I said, “I can tell it is not clean, there’s food all over it, please go and get a clean knife”. He did get another knife, but I can’t believe he lied straight to my face.

Lots of sandwich choices with gf bread, and salad bar is great! I love this place because of the great ingredients!

Easy to feed my boy who is gluten and diary intolerant.
The salads are good. The gluten free bread is somewhat dry and crumbles. This would be better if it was toasted first.
Love their salads & sandwiches... eat in or take out! My bread has always been fresh & soft...not to mention delicious. They are very generous with portions, and I usually have enough left over to take home for lunch the next day, making this a very ecomomical dining option for me.
They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
