After a fail at Chipotle's (nobody at that time understood gluten-free and couldn't even get hard shells out without touching other foods), my friend suggested Jason's Deli. Unsure of what I would find, I agreed to try. I was amazed and brought to tears of the superior service and knowledge of the staff. She understood my uncertainties and explained everything they do to eliminate cross-contamination and let me take my time while I took it all in. I was literally brought to tears on the amazing service. I wish I remembered her name although all staff was more than helpful. I do hope as the staff changes, the knowledge and compassion will linger. Yea, Jason's Deli!!!!!

Although they don't have dedicated gluten free prepping areas, I have never had an issue with cross contamination. After years of missing out on a good club sandwich, I finally discovered this gem of a restaurant!

Luv thier roast beef sandwhich on g-free bread. Hadn't had a sandwhich in over 3 months, this was yummilicious. Environment was clean, with a ver frienfly and helpful staff. Plus, they sell the g- bread! Will go back for sure.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
