Cashier was very knowledgable and patient with us about their gluten free menu. I had no issues eating their and I have a gluten allergy. Great gluten free salad bar and gluten free bread for sandwiches.

This place has gotten much better. Everyone there knows what gluten free is and it's very obvious if you get a gluten free sandwich. I've had sandwiches and salads (not from the salad bar) and they were both delicious. Even though they can't promise 100% gluten free, I am satisfied with the precautions they take. I have never gotten sick here. The staff is so friendly. One time I completely forgot to order my sandwich on gluten free bread and they made me a whole new sandwich and refused to accept the dollar I was trying to give them for the gluten free bread/the hassle. Really friendly, really knowledgeable.

I visited Jason's for the first time and am now sick. I asked for the gluten free menu, ordered a build your own chicken salad on gluten fee bread with lettuce. Not knowing what there gluten free bread looked like, I questioned server again as sandwich was brought if it was gluten free bread. Her response was yes, therefore I proceeded to eat, was impressed until I purchases a whole loaf of gluten free bread which turned out to be Udis. That is when I realized that was different than the bread they served me and was eaten. Be careful, so sick right now.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
