Review of Jason's Deli

I'm not sure that they do a good enough job with cross-contamination for someone who reacts extremely to gluten, but they do try to avoid cross-contamination, and offer more gluten-free foods than most of the places around here. The management seems very understanding about the importance of it. They offer one type of gluten-free bread, baked potatoes, several salads including a salad bar...
